In each class, you'll learn the poses, moves and techniques for one stand-alone choreography. We start off with a warm up, then we go through a break down of all the individual elements we'll be incorporating into our routine, and then finally we dance through our choreography. Depending on the difficulty level, we may spend 2 or 3 classes on one choreography, until everyone feels confident to move onto the next routine. And we end each class with a cool down/stretching session.
